Please click here for the free Online Practice and Training Tests Portal. Click on the Student Interface Practice and Training Tests option and click on Sign In (green button on the bottom). There is no need to enter any SSID, First Name or Guest Session. Also, disregard the configuration page and proceed to continue.
You will eventually see a menu of Practice and Training tests:
- Smarter Balanced Practice Test
- Smarter Balanced Training Test
- California Alternate Assessment Practice Test
- California Alternate Assessment Training Test
- CAST Practice
- CAST Training
Both the Practice and Training tests (Smarter Balanced) are recommended. For students with disabilities, the California Alternate Assessments may be appropriate. The CAST is for 5th grade students.
